Food has always been more than just a necessity for me. It’s an expression of love, culture, and connection. My passion for food is rooted in the traditions I've been exposed to through practice and research — the way a meal can bring people together, how every dish is a story passed down, an experience shared. But, as much as we cherish those traditions, we also know that not everyone has access to food made with love, thought, and the tradition of doing things the hard way.
